3. Data processed through this site

The site does not collect data through a form. The "Contact" link opens your email client (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.) with a Sopht email address pre-filled.

The data you send us by email (name, email address, message content) is received and processed by the Sopht teams via our professional messaging service Microsoft 365.

The site host may retain technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and proper-functioning purposes.

4. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to your contact request — Article 6§1.b GDPR: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Where applicable, sending you information about Sopht services — Article 6§1.f GDPR: legitimate interest of Sopht.
• Retention of technical logs by the host — Article 6§1.f GDPR: legitimate interest (security of the service).

• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd — provider of our professional messaging service Microsoft 365

• Contact emails received: 3 years from the last exchange, in the absence of a contractual relationship
• Host technical logs: according to the host's policy (generally a short period)
